Key Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: None candidate required.
- English: Minimum level of C1.
- Graduation Status: Open to Dropout or Gap Year or Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Nationality: Open to Egyptians Only.
- Gender: This role is open to Both candidates.
- Age Requirement: Maximum age of 30 years.
- Experience: Proven experience in mass or volume recruitment, preferably 1-3 years in a call center/BPO / Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Experience with ATS and Excel-based hiring tracking systems / Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
Work Schedule & Conditions
- Shift Type: Fixed shifts. (Available shifts: Night)
- Working Days: 5 working days and 2 days off .
- Working Hours: From 3:30 PM To 11:30 PM per day.
